StoryLine
Geum Jan Di hails from a low-income family that runs a dry cleaning shop. One fateful, she goes to Shinhwa High School, an esteemed school for the wealthy, and rescues a student from suicide due to bullying. Thanks to her brave act, Jan Di lands a swimming scholarship and begins her journey at the school. At Shinhwa High, she crosses paths with the infamous F4, a clique of popular and influential boys consisting of Gu Jun Pyo, the F4 leader and heir to the Shinhwa Group; Yoon Ji Hu, a former president's grandson; So Yi Jung, a talented potter from an art-rich family; and Song Woo Bin, whose family operates the country's top construction firm. Her time at school starts off rough as she struggles to fit in due to her background. It takes a turn for the worse when she becomes the new target of F4's bullying antics.
